Customs, Duties & Taxes

All EU orders will NOT be subject to any import duties, fees & taxes

For orders outside the EU any import duties, fees & taxes must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Reputation Studios has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package, ask for additional information, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges you were not expecting.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a €30.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

UK Deliveries

What extra delivery fees do I have to pay when buying online?

All shipments to the UK will be subject to import VAT fees on top of the order price.

What is the import VAT fee?

This is a fee currently paid on goods, unless they’re gifted less than ₤39, sent to the UK from abroad, but instead of the normal VAT you would pay at the checkout for your items, you’ll pay ‘import VAT’ on the total cost of the item and shipping and handling costs accrued when the courier brings the purchase to the UK. The usual UK Import VAT rate is 20%.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns policy

We accept returns within 7 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Every item has BELINTAŠ brand tags set attached, and the item must be returned with the tags set in its original position
  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your BELINTAŠ account or restrict future orders if your return behavior is in breach of our Returns Policy. Read our Terms & Conditions here

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to arrange the exchange. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our office.  Please arrange before mailing. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
